What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How will you deliver my item?
All orders will be shipped first class with Royal Mail. Your jewellery will be wrapped in tissue paper and we will always make sure that your jewellery is fully protected from damage.

What if I want to return something?
We hope you love your jewellery but if you are unhappy we will offer you a full refund (excluding postage & packing fees, unless the item is deemed faulty) if the item is returned to us in its original, unworn condition within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense and we strongly recommend that when returning items you use a Signed For insured service (such as Recorded Delivery) as we cannot be held responsible for items which do not reach us.

This return policy does not extend to earrings due to hygiene reasons.

All refunds will be made in the manner payment was received (i.e. if you paid with PayPal, you would receive a PayPal refund or if you paid by cheque, you would receive a cheque from us).
